“The money retreat was about so much more than simply money. I was able to learn more about myself and my family and understand why I have the patterns/behaviours that I have. This has helped me to be more aware of parts of myself and why they exist and has helped me to make significant changes around my choices. At one point in my life I felt immobilized around issues with money, which caused incredible stress in my life..I can honestly say this no longer exists. I feel empowered and in control of this area of my life. I have made friends with the different parts of myself and am learning and practicing to ‘grow’ the parts that need to be more present. This has been helpful in personal relationships as well. I feel deep gratitude for the work I have done and continue to do with Sharon, I honestly don’t know where I would be had I not done this work.“
Note: Individual coaching to work more deeply with the foundational activities is available post retreat.
