Summer brings an abundance of fresh produce at farmers’ market stalls. This workshop is a great opportunity to learn creative ways to use these ingredients. Louise will guide you through a wholesome plant based meal packed with nutrition and flavour. Our menu will feature ingredients that are plentiful at this time of year.
What to expect
Instruction, recipes and a delicious lunch included. Class size limited to 4 participants to maximize learning and connection. Your interests and experience level will guide menu planning. Dietary issues can be accommodated.
Participants are invited to spend time before or after the workshop exploring the property. You might coming for our dinner and drumming circle on Saturday night. Overnight accommodations available.
