Winter is the season for warm, nourishing vegetarian super food. And a great time to take a cooking workshop.
Perhaps eating more plant based dishes is one of your goals this year. Not sure how to do that? Join us for an informative and interactive cooking workshop that showcases easy to prepare that will satisfy you through the cold winter months. Ingredients will be locally sourced as much as possible. Our menu will include a delicious and healthy gluten free dessert.
Join nutritionist, cookbook author and retreat owner, Louise Racine, to explore ways to use food to stay healthy during this winter. Cooking workshops are open to men.
What to Expect
Workshop includes instruction, recipes and a choice of how to enjoy what we created. You can either 1) stay for our full moon dinner and drumming evening (for an additional $40) or 2) take home a serving of each dish (included in workshop cost). Menu tailored to participants interests and dietary needs. Limited to 4 participants.
