Join us for an informative and interactive cooking workshop that will introduce you to simple and easy to prepare soups and stews. As a bonus, we’ll also create a delicious and healthy gluten and sugar free dessert.
Experience a range of smells, tastes, colours, and textures as we incorporate a range of seasonal ingredients in the dishes we create. Join nutritionist, cookbook author and retreat owner, Louise Racine, to explore ways you can use food to stay healthy during the cold winter months.
Participants are welcome to come early or stay later to explore the trails. Snowshoes are available.
