Vegetarian Cooking Classes and Workshops
Join Louise in the kitchen and soon you’ll be preparing delicious plant-based appetizers, main courses and desserts. Louise Racine is certified nutritional practitioner; she’s also a dedicated and talented chef, creating all of the meals at Thirteen Moons. Whether you are vegetarian or vegan or just wanting to eat healthier, Louise will show you how to make mouth-watering plant-based food as she guides you through the step-by-step process. Learn how to incorporate exotic flavours such as lemongrass and find out why making healthier food choices doesn’t mean cutting back on taste! Each cooking workshop is hands-on, and the simplicity of the recipes means that everyone (including men) is welcome, regardless of cooking skill.

fruitGain inspiration and skills to make dietary changes that support your healthy lifestyle goals. You’ll work with key nutrient dense ingredients that will support your immune system, boost your metabolism and satisfy cravings. The program and menu are tailored to participants’ interests. Instruction, recipes and a meal are included.

 

 

For 10+ years, Louise was a popular instructor at the PC Cooking Schools in the Kawarthas and the Ottawa area.
