Awakening the Dreamer – Envisioning your Future

Sisters Adele and Louise strongly believe and have experienced to power of vision and manifestation They are very much aware of how what we think and believe affects what we do and have.  Through creating their own vision boards, they have realized great forward movement on their own personal journeys and, as such, are eager to share this workshop.

This intimate two day workshop (Saturday 10am to 4pm and Sunday 10am to 3pm)  is limited to four participants and will be an amazing opportunity to discover and develop the dreamer living within. You will come away from our weekend together with inspired enthusiasm on what it is you would like to bring into your life in 2015. Along with developing practical skills for quieting the mind and opening the heart to what it truly desires, you will discover what is needed at this time to move  to the next level.

We will look at our current life as a circle and with that view reveal opportunities for mental, spiritual, emotional and physical well-being through movement, contemplation, nutrition and dreaming. Here’s some of what we have in store for you:

• Experience the beautiful healing energy of the Mineral Medicine Wheel and gain a better understanding of how we can apply its many practical teachings to help us on our walk so we may be more fully present.
• Experiment with movement & meditation techniques to help connect us to our bodies and quiet our minds.
• Experience and take away various meditation techniques to facilitate grounding your body into awareness and flow.
• Explore drum journeying to help connect you with your unseen helpers. Allowing you to begin to learn to embrace the guidance and clarity they have to offer when we are sitting in confusion about what it is we desire.
• Learn how food plays role in our physical and emotional wellness.
• Create your unique visual art piece of your intentions and desires for 2015 and 2020
• Be part of a Sacred Full Moon Drumming Circle (optional for an additional $50 includes dinner)
