Consciously Creating A Healthier You in 2015

Would you like to focus on some aspect of your health in the new year? We have put together a weekend program that addresses various components that can help you achieve your goals in a way that makes sense for you.

Come for the entire weekend or choose only the blocks that speak to you. Learn some strategies and techniques to introduce more nutrition, simplicity and mindfulness to help you achieve your goals. Explore what a detoxifying cleanse might look like for you, learn about some foods that everyone should be including in their diets. Create a vision board representing what you are willing to work towards. Together we will help you come up with a plan that you can commit to.

Weekend Schedule

Friday evening: dinner, intro and reflective exercises to identify stories and triggers that hinder the achievement of our health goals followed by a releasing ceremony.

Saturday morning: Holistic Nutrition 101 – how food impacts every part of our being, finding the right eating regime for you, keeping it simple.

Saturday afternoon: Strategies for menu planning, food substitutions, cleansing and detox, success, food prep and sampling. $30 Saturday evening: cleansing dinner and full moon drumming $50-55

Sunday: Creating Your Vision of 2015 – Explore what goals and intentions you want to set for yourself and create a vision board to represent that as a visual reminder of what you want to achieve. $75

Package Options:

Option 1 = Weekend package including all program components and materials, 2 nights shared accommodation, 6 meals from dinner on Friday to lunch on Sunday, and full moon drumming = $345 with registration by Dec 15, then $395

Option 2 = Saturday all components including lunch, dinner and drumming: $125

Option 3 = Sunday workshop including lunch: $75
